The movie is so full of poor pastiche. There's like a few parts that look like saw. There's a shot mixed from Blair, which there's a bunch of stuff that looks like ghosts and remakes of Japanese horror movies. Dan Taylor has clearly seen a lot of horror movies and is sort of stealing from them indiscriminately. And again, like everything else he does, it's something this kind of clumsy staple together, nailed together at odd angles. It's just these kind of vignettes that are kind of, you know, marketing style inspired by the posters of horror movies essentially.
