Siber, Is It Possible?
It's far too soon to tell. We certainly know there is a capability. The question is, at what point will they decide to deploy it? And so we have always understood the russians on the intelligent side, to be very, very strong siber actors. Is it possible that we've just confused or conflated a level of expertise and proficiency in the elligence sphere with the same level of expertis in the warfare sphere? That this is a problem doesn't suggest that it's just limited toa significant intelligence capability it could be quite significant on the offensive side as well.
