When we feel uncomfortable, we are being asked to learn something about ourselves. Practicing self inquiry can help us see these situations as opportunities for growth rather than as problems. When I'm starting to feel uncomfortable or triggered, I go, okay, time to learn a lesson, isn't it? Cool. Life's never going to give you a choice when it's time to learn something.
