Is Eric Voorhees a Bitcoin Derangement Syndrome?

I think Bitcoin culture has like moved away from libertarianism pretty substantially. I do think on some level you have to reject libertarianism, which is why I think Eric Voorhees has become an interesting character in the Bitcoin story. The older kind of like classical clip crypto libertarians are revolted by that because they would never even want positive engagement from the state. They just want nothing to do with it.
