When I think about that place, I think it was run poorly by people who are interested more in their success than in the well-being and welfare of the business end of that got over emphasized. And so they would squeeze as much out of the therapist as they could. You get paycheck in exchange for clinical hours, supervision, move towards licensure goals, and an opportunity to work with people in a way that you want. That is a fair exchange. It doesn't have to like the paperwork. You don't have to likes the bureaucracy. But you are a volunteer here. You are not a victim. The whole thing, I think, was set up for that to be the case
