Introduction

This is the second lecture in a series on Approaches to Shakespeare. This week we look at Henry V and its main character, Henry. Last week I asked about the significance of a fellow's race to that play. The duck provides us with another useful critical paradigm this week. And again my ultimate aim is to show that the play asks rather than answers the question.
