Virtues and vices are character traits that an individual might have. And then consequences also need to be taken into account. As you wisely say, an actions have consequences. And these consequences can be good or bad. The three things that you've picked out, one's obligations, intentions, one's virtues or vices, and the consequences of one's actions is relevant to assessment over all of how well i've done in the sit ion.
