The Hand of the Lord Is on Ezra the Scribe
In the book of deuteronomy, ezra travels from babylonia to jerusalem. King articxerxes and his seven counsellors send ezra to set up the true worship of god within jer Jerusalem. The hand of the lord being upon people is usually associated with prophecy. But in this case it could perhaps be seen as an extension of the notion of receiving the guidance of the lord through skilled study of scriptures.
