Is There a SGLT2 Inhibitor for CKD?
The patient is on Hydrochlorothiazide 25, Telmasaride 80, Amlow to P10. How might you tweak this regimen off the bat and what else might you add or change? The first change I probably would make off the bat is switch to chlorothaladone 25 milligrams. It's more potent. And now an SGLT2 inhibitor is indicated for this patient too. They've got CKD, Protonuria.
