There are a lot of strategies people can employ, and they can be very basic, even in a physical sense, of grounding oneself to solid things around one right? Slow measured breathing, right where we fill our lungs with air and we let the air come back out ar the things that we can do to feel a better sense of groundedness. It tells our brain, this is now, this is not then, right? So we get to live in the present, because the part of the brain that most matters does not care about the clock in the calendar.
