David Frum: Fear is not the most powerful force in the world, right? We know that from reality but also from truth. When you look at the crisis of masculinity in this country, what I increasingly see is a crisis of love, a lack of love. Frum: The Ukraine war is a parable of that. He says we should embrace all aspects of our lives where we find that fear governs.
