Is Hilton Head Going to Be the Most Watched for Recession Ever?

Danielle: I think this is the most watched for recession ever. So our forecast for 2023 is that we'll get close. We won't actually hit a recession. Even if we do, some of these markets that offer high quality of life are in demand not just because of the local population but because of outside populations as well. Danielle: Unless we begin to really see people also migrating out, I've got to have sellers willing to sell and willing to leave. And that has not happened yet.
