The Importance of Knowing Where Everyone Is

My dad was unbelievably angry that she would do such a thing while we were alone with her in the house. What if she didn't call him and actually succeeded in taking her own life? One of us would have woken up and found our mother's dead body. He mince no words in telling her how angry he was and that if she ever decided to pull something like this again it would better not be with us around. Once that was out of the system they talked things out and decided to try and reconcile which did end up happening since they're still together today.
