Can You Recycle a Car Battery?
There are lots of different possible things that could be done with batteries from cars that reach the end of their life. Researchers would really like to see an effort to design the batteries from the ground up so that they will be easier to recytle s. Right now, comparatively, there are very, very few electric vehicles on the road. We still need to get up to a mass for these kind of economis to kick in. And to get there, we still do need to do an awful lot of mining.
