Why Dream Jobs Don't Exist

I don't know what I want to do in my life and I don't know like every job that I've had I felt burnt out in. And specifically for the I hate coding it was more so not that I hate coding but I hate that this part of it takes me such a long time to understand. It would just make my life so much easier if I was better at it like some people are. For the dream jobs one discord was my dream job I mean I wanted to work there since he was a freshman in high schoollike whenever discord came out. But then I got rejected in the phone screen because I didn't have a lot of experience.
