Until these last three decisions, it would have been impossible to look at this court term and say, oh, look how conservative they are. If you look at the actual numbers, 50% of the decisions in this term were unanimous. Everybody was on the same side. 89% had at least one liberal justice in the minority. Then Lee leaves 11% that were partisan.
