Can I Do Gloots Every Day?

When you are lean bulking, you can go down to even like 20 % of daily calories and still have that be more than sufficient because of how many calories youare eating. I wouldn't recommend starting what is going to be wet's say, an extended cut, like a three plus month cut. You can train any muscle group every day, actually. But i would only recommend it if you really like training that muscle group,. or if you really need to do a lot of volume to progress.
