The Problem With Linear Notes

The problem was what I call linear note taking, which is sequential. No real knowledge, especially expert level knowledge is not linear by nature. Trying to represent it with linear notes produces a massive hard limitation on what you can actually represent. In order for you to explain how four different things are related to each other in a way that's accurate, you might need to write three pages of notes to summarize the intricacy of that.
