How to Hit Eye Level Targets

For the first nine years of my entrepreneurial career, I haven't had any quantum leaps. It was all me hitting eye level targets. If I made 100 this year, I know I can make 130, then 150, then 200, then 220, then 250. We have to be clear, low level, eye level, or high level. But we have to have some sort of targets. For these eye level targets, you need accountability. Stuff is not easy. You get to call your best friend or your accountability partner and you have a shoulder to cry on.
