I'm debating at this point going back to my clinical informatics folks and reassessing what literally all providers see with the automatic warnings in my EMR. At Kaiser Permanente in Southern California we removed all the warnings not to use cephalosporins or other beta lactams in the setting of a reported penicillin allergy in December of 2018. We then compared pre and post outcomes to Kaiser Permanence in Northern California where the warning remained over the next year. So I kind of want to shift a little bit and get y'all's opinion what are the automatic warnings currently in place at your respective institutions for patients with penicillin allergies?
