Data provided by an Australian based company called Trinity Perspectives that's done large, large number of win loss analyses. And nowhere in there does it talk about the product or the functions, the features, the price. It's the buyer's experience with the human seller. So I would totally concur. Be really interesting to know what the nine, the nine negatives and the nine positives were. But maybe, maybe that's for another, I don't know, conversation, or we're going off on another tangent.
