Women in the Workplace

As an individual, you bring a story. My story is about difference, growing up posh. It's about entering a place where I discovered all these other social classes and I discovered feminism and pop up. As women progress up organizations, they start to calibrate risk differently because it has a higher jeopardy for them. When you put men and women at a senior level in an organization to discuss risk, you actually get a much richer approach to the discussion of risk. So one of those things brings a story into the organization and you have to see both of those things.
