West Point is probably the best place to go if you want to be a career army officer. West Pointers in particular have a problem understanding that the way you're treated as a cadet is not the way you’re treated as an officer. I don't even remember the first time I talked to a four star general when I was 19 years old. We look like people who have had experienced us, so these folks either knew each other or they know someone that knows somebody and I think that's helpful as they go on. Even for the guys who do what we call five and fly the the West Point Commitment is five years active three years guard or reserve so they do five
