The WGA's data says that the studios and streamers have made $5 billion of profit. Yet, they are laying off incredible amounts of their workforce claiming streaming has really dragged them into a prolific loss period. Todd: There are very few content companies left that are totally dependent on what they make and what they present to the public for profitability.
