Harvard was sued under Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act which bars racial discrimination in education at institutions that receive federal funds. Edward Blum, who recruited Abigail Fisher to sue the University of Texas in the Fisher cases, also set up students for fair admission. This time Blum wanted to play a different kind of race card. So sad. My son was turned down at Harvard so you know this is this is personal.
