Brazil's President Says Neither Putin Nor Zelensky Are Ready for Peace in Ukraine
The Wall Street Journal reports that out of 100 soldiers wounded within about 3 miles of the front line, 36% suffered severe injuries. Lula criticized the UN Security Council for failing to stop the war and for failing to prevent US and other Western invasions. Brazil has been working with other neutral countries to push for peace in Ukraine.
