Elliot is talking about an ear interview she did that had a huge impact on her. She didn't know what to expect when she walked into the cell with this man, middle aged and briskly moving. Elliot: "I just asked him a lot of questions about him and his family and his background and his beliefs" They started to talk, and gradually he relaxed and she relaxed.
