Is Dark Matter Reacting to Electromegtism?
If dark matter is there, it doesn't respond to electromegtism. This means lumps of dark matter can begin to collapse earlier. But once matter became neutral, then things could collapse. And so what you'll get is a bunch of small lumps together that have crossed the threshold causing forming galaxies. Are pre precursors to galaxies. These will be clustered much more than other objects because theyl there'll be the small lumps that are built on top of these large lumps.
