HR business coaches are expected to have an opinion or a point of view. I think you almost can't build products without having opinions in the sense of like we have to make decisions about A or B and there are trade offs for both. We're trying to do more of that at the ready actually, you know,. Have an opinion, have a point of views, have a prescription, be open, obviously to being wrong. But I think sometimes that's better than coming in completely blank slate with no expertise.
