Is There a Massive Break in China-Russia Relations?

Li John Xu, who's the de facto number three in the Chinese political system, was in Russia. The Russian media sort of quoted him as giving a statement of support for Russia and Ukraine that I think was far beyond what Xi has ever said. So I think it's interesting, but I don't know that it underscores some sort of massive break.
