The Cause of Procrastination

In some instances, there is a perfectionistic quality at play. And then there are others where I'm really afraid of something and I'm afraid of how other people are going to receive it. So the more that I have paid attention to procrastination in my life, the better I am about being able to see what's below the surface for me.
