Cleveland would be the worst place for a hypothetical black person to go get a job. Cleveland is 53% black if you're competing against a large pool of other black candidates Then whatever advantage you got because fortune 500 companies are looking for you You would be in a larger pool of candidates So should you go where you're special and you'll stand out as being special or should you stay where you're allowed like you? It has nothing to do with white or black you should always go where you have a career advantage.
