Is There a Relationship Development Process?
I'm happy to pay an extra two % if it's saving me a turn or two. I like how you take that approach to connect with them. O try to see things from their perspective, understand what's important to them. Do you walk me through an example? Do yot? I like a deal? You' have to name a name. Some maybe not familiar with this origination process, through that deal cycle. If they're helping you get an asset, that ends at being non competitive, an you're paying five or six times. It allows you to find 20 of these deals that all day long.
