Aquarius says God is the cause of the motion of my will, but in such a way that he's enabling my will to really choose. Aquarius would point out if God is this unmoved mover, he's not in the timeline at all. So with that said, yes, God is an intelligent being. He knows everything we have done or we're doing, we will do,. However, when we make a choice, we move from a state of having not yet chosen to choose it.
