i make sure that every single online shopper is addressed their issue is dealt with if there is one and at the end of the day we resolve it so that we can have that positive reinforcement because it makes people more likely to purchase again in the future or refer you versus leaving a negative review. i've had this one shipment where this girl in mexico for some reason i swear the ups is having a lot of trouble with this one mexico shipment but we reshipped itwe've incurred the cost of this. I even had to get with my ups rep on this  but it's been about a month hopefully it'll make it through customs all rightWe're watching it closely
