Carlos: I love the example about the average, right? There is a quote from the book, the blog averages. And usually when I say it to people, they think, what does he mean by that? He says you would never use an average because it's way too risky. So maybe we can talk about what does it mean to think probabilistically? Do you want to talk about that?
