The project is delayed from its original timeline, which is pretty unsurprising for New York City. I want to put it out there that I really do like the proposal. It is such an upgrade on what's there now,. And this is the one with the Boulevard as well, isn't it? It's like an outdoor bit. You don't always see that in New York.
