Elan: It's crazy how many things in my life i falsely attributed to something that were not just interest rates like so many things the answer is just like oh it is that way because we live in a zero interest rate environment. The value of every business and any other economic asset is 100 percent sensitive to interest rates, Elan says. In 2021 of all the companies that went public it had to be single digit percentage that were profitable with that you know them he adds.
