The Killings of Girls Scouts at Camp Scott

Three girls scouts were found dead in their sleeping bags at Camp Scott. Jean Leroy Hart, a 33-year-old native of Locust Grove had escaped from the May's County jail four years prior and was still on loose. Investigators believe multiple attackers may have been responsible for the murders. The bodies would not be discovered until nine days later when police used tracking dogs to find them.
