The Importance of Growth in the Acquisition
Most of the money will come as an earn-out, meaning that we get a small percentage of this money upfront when they are initially signed. It was okay for us but something that was really important is that if we would go way above the goals, we wanted more money. The next two years will not be easy for us because we have very big goals and the higher the more money we make out of this acquisition.
