The idea of the archivist taking over was there right from the start and then a lot of stuff sort of changed and moved around. "I firmly believe that every single story, the correct ending for a story is a high stakes personal choice," he says. The episode itself felt quite quick in a lot of ways but I'm really happy actually with where we ended up.
