The Different Mental Models of Health Systems

I think just understanding it helped me really think about like the different mental models of the groups that we're interacting with. It at least helped me get a really firm grasp on what are the things that everyone in this stakeholder group cares about and what are we going to need to build you know. Right so there can be a ton of complexity in something like a drug in a patient right but understanding okay there is a drug there's a concept of a drug there’s a relationship between those, also a relationship between the drug and the pharmaceutical company or another user group. So I was able to kind of use it in that way and I wasn't they didn't really have many products
