labor shortages s are a huge problem. Thereis a real crisis of care givers in the united states. I don't know how they're ging to fix it, but it's going to be a real talent. As for supply chain, obviously e's getting very expensive. When you got to pay, you got to feed forty, 50 people three meals a day everyi your food bill abs up. And i'm very worried about that as time goes on here.
