The Nature of Christian Faith
The nature of Christian faith, it is distinctive from any other kind of faith. Most versions of faith are generated from within the person and then placed upon the object. God's God is not just something upstream. My faith flows from him. Oh, grace comes from God. Faith comes from me. You need the faith to get the grace. And if it doesn't come from you, it doesn't depend on you. It'll be like that wine at the wedding in Cana of Galilee. It'll just keep coming.
