Equivalent Distances: Fairway vs. Rough for Amateurs

Welcome to the "Saturday Morning Golf Stat" from the Hack it Out Golf Podcast. Your ball is in the fairway, 150 yards from the hole. Now, put the ball in the rough, but at a yardage at which, on average, you'd hole out in the same number of strokes that you would have from 150 in the fairway. Where are you dropping?
