The Alts Business - Where Are You Seeing Opportunity?

We've been investing in alts since early on. We do like private debt away for clients to have a fixed income alternative that has yields that are, you know, higher than one per centa. We like certain areas of real estate. We like industrial and warehouses. I certain a, there's still, we think, private equity funds that are very, very attractive to us. And so therefore, not only do we believe alternatives isa great differentiator, ana diversification tool, but we think it'll provide higher returns than public markets.
