Is There a Consensus in Our Alliances?

There do seem to be some cracks. Reh of course, there's been a lot of focus on germany's roll. But also yesterday we saw that israel are blocking iron dome components from being sent to ukraine. How should we think about these apparent cracks in our alliance system? Are you concerned that these countries are not part of the same consensus that we're trying to build on this issue? I think it's important for all of us to remember that there are very many different dynamics at play. And much of what we're hearing and seeing in public is actually people catering to their own domestic politics.
