Jeffrey Toobin: It was notable that neither Trump nor Biden felt the need to come to Georgia in the lead up to the runoff. He says it could be another one of those inflection points kind of like after January 6 where there's an opportunity for the party elites to leave Trump behind. Toobin: I'm just not convinced that every day Republican primary voters care about electability that much and therefore that it will hurt Trump with them.
