Three Qualities of a Great Leader
Leaders who can not admit mistakes create an environment where other people refuse to make mistakes, or worse, where they refuse to try. I don't want a leader who is not ambitious, because if you're satisfied with where you are, then that means you're not leading, you're standing. And number three, it's fallibility. Your willingness to acknowledge fallibility keeps you out of jail, and it actually keeps you moving forward.
