So I was thinking maybe it exploded inwards. Who have we lost in the educational system for want of an educational program to identify where the ambitious kids actually are versus those who sport high on a test? And more importantly, not just the ambitious kids, but what are identifying their ambitions? If you identify an ambition, you automatically excite the person to learn because they're pursuing what they already lack.
